Terms and Conditions of Service 1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and obligations of Florida Eco Services and its clients concerning the sale of services including carpet cleaning, vinyl flooring installation, epoxy floor coating, paver cleaning, and other related services. 2. Acceptance of Terms By confirming an order or estimate, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to the client at the time of order confirmation. 3. Services Provided Services offered by Florida Eco Services include, but are not limited to: •Carpet and rug cleaning, •Vinyl flooring installation, •Epoxy floor coating, •Paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing. 4. Orders, Estimates, and SMS Agreement All service orders require a prior estimate, which is sent to the client for approval and remains valid for [Validity Period, e.g., 30 days] from the date of issuance. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed estimate or explicit agreement provided by SMS. By agreeing via SMS, the client acknowledges acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in the estimate provided by Florida Eco Services. 5. Pricing and Payment All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Payment may be made by: •Credit card, •Check, •Cash, •Zelle, •ACH (Automated Clearing House). A deposit of [percentage, e.g., 50%] is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion, unless otherwise stated in the estimate. 6. Service Scheduling and Execution Service timelines are estimated and provided for guidance. In the event of delays, Florida Eco Services will notify the client as soon as possible. Timelines may vary due to site conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond the company’s control. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Any cancellation or modification of the service must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. If canceled within this period, Florida Eco Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost, plus the cost of any materials already purchased for the service. 8. Warranty and Limitations of Liability for Cleaning Services Florida Eco Services commits to professional cleaning methods to achieve optimal results based on the initial condition of the surfaces. Results may vary depending on the material’s condition, wear, and cleanliness, and Florida Eco Services cannot be held responsible if results do not meet client expectations. Should the client request additional cleaning for improved results, such services will be provided at an additional cost upon request. 9. Warranty and Limitations of Liability for Epoxy Flooring Florida Eco Services’ epoxy flooring products come with a 10-year warranty, subject to proper use and maintenance. This warranty covers product defects, but Florida Eco Services is not responsible for damage due to improper use, exceptional conditions (e.g., heavy loads, chemical exposure, unsuitable environment), or lack of maintenance. The warranty applies only when floors are professionally and regularly maintained. Florida Eco Services cannot be held responsible for issues like detachment, cracking, or other damage caused by the substrate (concrete, structure, or initial condition). Final results may vary depending on the base surface and structure, for which the company assumes no responsibility. 10. Warranty and Limitations of Liability for Paver Cleaning, Sanding, and Sealing Florida Eco Services uses professional methods and high-quality products for paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing. However, results depend on the initial condition of the pavers, existing installation, and environmental conditions. Florida Eco Services is not responsible if results fall short of client expectations due to wear, porosity, or initial damage to the pavers. Sealing enhances the durability and appearance of pavers but cannot repair damaged, cracked, or improperly installed pavers. Florida Eco Services disclaims responsibility for issues due to soil movement, water infiltration, extreme weather, or other environmental factors that may affect the pavers or sealant. Improper use of a high-pressure washer, particularly excessive pressure by the client, may damage the sealant and the surface of the pavers. Florida Eco Services is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect equipment usage. Additional treatments to enhance results are available at an extra charge upon client request. The warranty is valid only when pavers are maintained professionally and according to Florida Eco Services’ recommendations. 11. Data Protection Personal information collected from clients is kept confidential and used solely for processing orders. In compliance with applicable law, clients have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data. 12. Disputes and Applicable Law In case of a dispute, the client is encouraged to contact Florida Eco Services to seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Orlando, Florida.
